The Beaufields
Beaufields House is a residential apartment development exclusively for those over 55. It comprises 22 apartments, a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom units, along with 67 2-bedroom bungalows, a family visitor suite, communal spaces, and gardens. Various technologies have been employed, including ground-source heating, air-to-air heating with summer cooling, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery), and PV (Photovoltaic) panels with battery storage.

Home Grange
Home Grange was a joint venture with Longhurst Group. It consisted of a 36-bed retirement home with communal areas exclusively for those over 55, situated to the rear of Boultham Park, Lincoln. The project involved the renovation of the two-storey Georgian property, with a glazed link connecting it to the three-storey apartment block.

Home Green
Home Green is a residential development comprising 10 modern two-bedroom bungalows exclusively designed for individuals over 55. Tucked away in a corner behind Boultham Park, Lincoln, following our Home Grange project, these properties adhere to lifetime homes standards. Each features a spacious kitchen-living area, utility room, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and a family-sized bathroom designed with future accessibility in mind. Additionally, there is a communal car park adjacent to the development to accommodate visitors to Boultham Park.
