Gusto House
Welcome to Gusto Group’s HQ, built in the heart of the Collingham Brook development. Gusto House is a state-of-the-art multi-functional building, standing as a beacon of the local community. The building encompasses Gusto Group’s offices including Gusto Construction, a café/deli, gym, co-working facilities, a training room and rentable office space.

Cool Milk
This project provided a new build bespoke office solution for Coolmilk situated just outside of Lincoln, in Langworth.

Royal Oak Community Pub
Since 1803, the Royal Oak public house has been an integral part of Collingham life, though traces of its history may extend even further, possibly reaching back to the 17th century. With its rich heritage and enduring presence, the Royal Oak continues to stand as a cherished gathering place for locals and visitors alike.
Gusto Construction did a full renovation of the pub as it transitioned into a community pub.
BMW Dealership
This showroom was a renovation of a BMW dealership in Laceby, just outside of Grimsby. This project saw Gusto Construction renovate the old showrooms to align with the latest standards set by BMW. This included the following new items; curtain walling across the dealership, valleting bay, a service store, creating a handover bay, splitting the showroom into two for BMW and Mini, new signage and branding, a car park, new flooring throughout and revamping all of the offices including fire doors throughout. The dealership remained open throughout the renovation.
Great Gonerby Village Hall
The Memorial Hall, situated in Great Gonerby, is located just two miles away from Grantham's Town Centre. Founded in 1948 by members of the Great Gonerby local community, the original Memorial Hall was established to commemorate the valiant service of soldiers in the Great Wars, who sacrificed their lives to protect our freedom. The New Memorial Hall, constructed in 2016 by Gusto Construction, serves as a replacement for the old Hall, fulfilling its purpose and function. It features meeting rooms, a kitchen, and ample car parking, making community facilities accessible to all.
The Shed
The project ‘Men in Sheds’, which first started in Australia to combat loneliness and isolation within men, has now extended its membership to women in many locations, including Collingham.
The Shed was built to create a safe space for people to share how they are feeling whilst working on vocational activities. This community group and creative hub is a space for socialising and sharing an interest in all things to do with making and woodwork!
