Newark & Sherwood District Council project complete

Gusto Construction are proud to deliver our first development partnering with Newark & Sherwood District Council. The development consists of four new two bed bungalows in Southwell that will be dedicated for supported council accommodation.  

The Gusto team go above and beyond to build communities within our developments, with a communal garden at the heart of Coghill Court for the tenants to enjoy.

We celebrated the completion of the site with an event hosted by Miles from the Council’s Crop Drop scheme (who is also a member of The Shed, Collingham), who led a gardening demonstration showing the tenants how to plant various herbs and vegetables that they can share within their community.

The Gusto Construction team delivered this project in partnership with Newark & Sherwood District Council, with Gusto Group’s Studio-G Architects leading on the design.
