Collingham Brook is a substantial development for the village of Collingham and includes 53 market dwellings, 2 affordable homes, 89 retirement units (The Beaufields), commercial units (Gusto House) and social housing (Station Yard).
Across the market homes, we incorporated electric infrared heating, solar PV panels, power diverters, car charging points and high levels of airtightness, creating modern contemporary looking homes. Many plots benefit from south facing gardens and have first floor balconies extending from the master bedrooms.
